1. I don't have a mobile phone.
Can I receive lucky numbers/M4D results/ringtones on my home
phone?
No. You must have a mobile phone to access these mobile services.
2. How much are Magnum Mobile services?
It depends on the services. Please refer to the pricing
table. The charges will be deducted from your prepaid
account, or reflected in your next month’s bill.
3. Is my mobile phone compatible?
We do not guarantee that your phone model is compatible
with the contents we offer. Please check your phone manual
for features such as support for colour wallpapers, etc.

4. I requested a colour wallpaper/polyphonic
ringtone download, but my phone isn't compatible. Will I be
charged?
Yes. You will be charged for all download requests received,
even if your phone is incompatible. Please check the Mobile
Phone Compatibility Table above before sending download
requests 5. Can I send a graphic/ringtone
that I downloaded to a friend's mobile phone?
No. This service is not available at this time. They may,
however, send a request for that download from their phone.
6. How many downloads can I request?
You may request as many as you like. Please be aware that
there’s a limit to the number of downloads you can
save onto your phone. This will vary from phone to phone.
You may have to delete some items to save any new downloads.
7. How many SMS alerts can I subscribe
to?
You may subscribe to as many as you like. However,
you can only have one subscription per category, at anyone
time. The categories are Gaming Results,
Lucky Numbers, Personal
Horoscopes and Horoskop (Bm).
8. Can I subscribe to more than one star
sign?
No. You can only subscribe to one star sign. You
may, however, subscribe to both Personal Horoscopes and
Horoskop (Bm) at the same time.
9. How do I unsubscribe?
Please refer to the To Unsubscribe
section for each service (Gaming Results,
Lucky Numbers and Personal
Horoscopes).
10. I sent an SMS to unsubscribe,
but I’m still receiving alerts. How do I make them
stop?
To successfully unsubscribe you must type the keywords
exactly as they appear in the screenshots. If you have,
then please call 03-7660-5291 (Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm) or send
an email to magnumsupport@matrixinter.net.
11. I sent an SMS and received
an error message.
You must type the keywords exactly as they appear in the
screenshots. Take care when keying in the keyword. Make
sure you don’t key-in the number ZERO when it should
be the letter O.A space in the keyword must be an EMPTY
space and not a DASH (-).
12. I sent an SMS but haven’t
received a reply.
Check to see if your phone is on and within range.
Your battery should also have enough power.
Magnum Mobile‘s short-code is 32393.
All requests must be sent o this short-code.
If yours is a prepaid account, check to see that you have
enough credit.
Check the Mobile Phone Compatibility Table
above to see if your phone model is listed.
Finally, if you’re downloading Colour Wallpapers or
Poly Ringtones, check that GPRS is activated on your phone.
13. Why does it take a long time
for me to receive a message?
There may be delays during peak periods, which commonly
occurs in the evening. If you’ve sent us an SMS, then
we will definitely receive it. Please be patient. You will
receive a reply soon. If you experience a long delay, do
call 03-7660-5291 (Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm) or send an email to
magnumsupport@matrixinter.net.
